Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. You can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your posture trainer arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not need to pay any shipping.

Changed your mind
If you simply change your mind, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories. Email us first to get return instructions; returns sent without contacting us cannot be accepted. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, and the original free shipping is not refundable.

Lost packages
If your order never arrives, see our Shipping policy: we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve them. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
